It has been the policy of the company since its inception to provide FREE ESTIMATES for the cost of repairs. We do however, request that $10 (U.S.) be included with any camera sent to us to cover the cost of return mail if the estimate is not approved
or the camera cannot be repaired. If you have questions regarding having us repair your camera, contact us via email.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: It is best to ship in heavy
walled boxes leaving plenty of room for filler material. Make sure that no part
of the equipment touches any part of the walls of the box and
that there is sufficient packing material - Styrofoam "pop corn," bubble wrap or newspaper- to absorb any shock, We have been shipping cameras for years and have
never lost one or had it arrived damaged when properly packaged.
